Parents of Micah – Homebirth 2009, Las Vegas
My name is Nan Beer I’m from Switzerland and I’m a proud mother of two awesome boys Amad 7 and Micah 2 years old. I had a waterbirth with my oldest back in Switzerland in 2004. I strongly can recommend the water and home birth to all the mothers out there. When I was pregnant with my second one I was living in Las Vegas and I searching a hospitals for which offered water birth, but couldn’t found any so I search for water birth and have found Kathya. I visit her when I was close to 7th months. She explained to me that she believed in natural birth, that was the most important thing for me. My delivery was very fast too fast (2 hours!) that there wasn’t enough time to fill up the tub. I didn’t have my waterbirth, but my son had a great and healthy home birth july the 27th 2009. Kathya made it to the birth fast and gave Micah and I all the care we needed. I’m happy to have met Kathya we are still good friends.
