Waterbirth Workshop
Come and join me for a fun and free workshop. The topic will be mainly comfort measures during child birth. I will also be discussing facts and myths about water birth and I will be answering any questions about birthing in water as well. There will be a labor tub on display so parents can take off their shoes and hop in (no water, sorry) and a short movie.

Prenatal Mommy and Me Yoga
Come and enjoy an hour of yoga and toddler n baby play! I love these classes! I started when I was pregnant with my first baby and it really made a difference in my labor journey.
