Prenatal Mommy and Me Yoga
Come and enjoy an hour of yoga and toddler n baby play! I love these classes! I started when I was pregnant with my first baby and it really made a difference in my labor journey. They also run a really fun toddler yoya class on Saturdays. They are run by the wonderful Cheryl Slader and are donation based only. They are located on Charleston and Main in the Arts Factory.
